Sadly we can't make it:

Bride & Groom

Welcome to our site! We have put together all the key information about our big day from travel plans, local accommodation and the structure of the day. You can even RSVP online or contribute to a lovely gift from John Lewis! (Gift List number: 619601).

We met six years ago in the capital whilst on a night out at the O2 Arena. A chance encounter led to a first date in Bristol, followed by a long distance relationship, before finally settling in the south east and making plans to spend a lifetime together.

Ceremony

Our ceremony is being held on 31st July 2015 (yes it's a Friday) at the pretty parish of
St Martin's Church, straight off the wells road in Bristol. It's approximately 2 miles from the centre of Bristol.

Reception

Our reception will take place at Leigh Court, a stunning Grade II listed mansion house, built from bath stone set in beautiful grounds. Even if the weather isn't on our side, we'll still get to enjoy the amazing grandeur of the interior with its multiple reception rooms.

Again this venue is a short distance from the city centre and about 5 miles from the Church.

Travel & Accomodation

Travel:
As you know, we are getting married in Bristol. For those of you travelling from the south east by car, please be aware that it takes approximately 2 hours drive from London on the M4. Exit at junction 19 if you are staying in central Bristol.

If you decide to travel by train it's approximately 1 hour and a half from London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads. Most of the hotels listed on our site are a 5-10 minute taxi ride away from the station. If you decide to travel by coach, it's approximately 2½ hours from London Victoria, served by National Express. Depart at the coach station in the centre of the city.

Accommodation:
Bristol is in the south west region of the UK and a beautiful historical city, close to Bath and the countryside. If you haven't been before you may wish to take the opportunity to enjoy a long weekend. At the very least for those of you travelling from afar, you'll want to book somewhere to rest your head at the end of the night.

Here are some options, the list is not exhaustive but we hope you'll find it a varied selection to suit most budgets:
